Our Story
Ivologist began in July 2017 in San Antonio, Texas, as IV Mobile Therapy — a small, mobile IV hydration service built to bring medical-grade care directly to patients.
What started as a local IV service quickly revealed something much bigger. Patients were exhausted, inflamed, and insulin resistant — struggling with weight gain, hormonal imbalance, and metabolic slowdown that traditional care often overlooks.
In 2023, Ivologist evolved into a fully integrated metabolic health platform — unifying physician oversight, hormone optimization, GLP-1 programs, and preventive monitoring under one clinician-led structure. Today, it stands as a medically supervised ecosystem built on long-term metabolic restoration, not trend-driven treatment.
